Life gets so busy for all of us, we are always on the go, going here, going there, and sometimes we don’t snack on the best foods when we are on a time crunch. At least for myself, I know it gets hard being a mommy at times when I have two girls pulling on my legs. I am always on the lookout for quick & easy snacks to eat. Lately I have been loving preparing rice cakes in different ways. These are supper quick to prepare and you can basically add anything to them and they become a great healthy snack.

Honestly we don’t have to compromise our health if we follow these simple steps to get your day going on a good foot.
